Auction Terms & Conditions All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS." All descriptions are believe to be accurate but are not warranteed. Buyers assume all responsibility for bidding, acknowledging the Red Owl Auction or sellers make no representation of value or guarantees of condition, either express or implied. Representation of items may appear different in person due to variations in lighting and monitor/device settings. Photos and descriptions are to be used as a guideline only. For identical items, one picture or a stock photo may be used to represent multiple lots. Bidders are encouraged to schedule an appointment during designated times to inspect items in person. By placing a bid, buyer signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. If the credit card on file is declined or payment cannot be made by credit card prior to the scheduled removal, the buyer forfeits any and all claims to the property. If items paid for are not picked up and no arrangements have been made with the auctioneer prior to the scheduled removal, items will be considered abandoned. The buyer will forfeit all claims to the property, and no refunds will be provided for unclaimed items . Red Owl Auction will not be held liable in the event of Auction Software malfunctions or outages which may result in errors or delays, and the auctioneer reserves the right to cancel or reopon the auction in the event of system failures or circumstances outside of the auctioneer's control. Invoices with pickup instructions will be sent to each buyers registered email at the close of the auction. Please contact Tiffany at (402)415-7040 if you do not receive a paid invoice from us within 24 hours of auction close. Auction items will not be released for pickup until payment is made in full. Item removal is at the risk/liability of the winning buyer and no assistance will be provided. Buyers are expected to arrive with help and/or boxes and packing materials when removing property. Some large items may not be eligible for shipping. If you require shipping and did not make a note at the time of registration, please contact the auctioneer by email at tiffanykpeterson75@gmail.com or text (402)415-7040. Shipping will take place within a week to 10 days following the auction. We do in-house shipping using economical commercially discounted rates for USPS and UPS. Handling fee is $5 per lot for smaller lots. If we can fit multiple lots into one box, we will charge a flat $10 handling fee per box. Fragile items or items requiring extra care with packaging will require a $10 handling fee per box. Shipping will be charged to the HiBid card on file. Insurance will be added on items over $100 at the expense of the bidder. Any damage or missing package claims will be the responsibility of the winning bidder and the auctioneer will not be responsible for reimbursement.
