Buyers assume all responsibility for bidding, acknowledging the Red Owl Auction or sellers make no representation of value or guarantees of condition, either express or implied. Representation of items may appear different in person due to variations in lighting and monitor/device settings. Photos and descriptions are to be used as a guideline only. For identical items, one picture or a stock photo may be used to represent multiple lots. Bidders are encouraged to schedule an appointment during designated times to inspect items in person. By placing a bid, buyer signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. If the credit card on file is declined or payment cannot be made by credit card prior to the scheduled removal, the buyer forfeits any and all claims to the property. If items paid for are not picked up and no arrangements have been made with the auctioneer prior to the scheduled removal, items will be considered abandoned. The buyer will forfeit all claims to the property, and no refunds will be provided for unclaimed items . Red Owl Auction will not be held liable in the event of Auction Software malfunctions or outages which may result in errors or delays, and the auctioneer reserves the right to extend, cancel or reopon the auction in the event of system failures or circumstances outside of the auctioneer's control. Invoices with pickup instructions will be sent to each buyers registered email at the close of the auction. Please contact Tiffany at (402)415-7040 if you do not receive a paid invoice from us within 24 hours of auction close. Auction items will not be released for pickup until payment is made in full. Item removal is at the risk/liability of the winning buyer and no assistance will be provided. Buyers are expected to arrive with help and/or boxes and packing materials when removing property. Shipping will be offered on all lots. Shipping will be a $5 handling fee for the first lot. Subsequent lots for this auction only are free, so the total handling cost will be $5. You will be charged the actual shipping cost plus the handling fee. Shipping may take up to 10 days following the auction. Combined shipping and commercial shipping rates will be offered to reduce costs. Any damage claims to be filed with the postal service are the responsibility of the buyer. Pickup will take place on Wednesday March 23rd at our Ralston location.
