Pickup is on the second floor of an office building. Some items such as white boards and projection screens may be attached to walls, and you will be responsible for their removal. There are two elevators so pickup times will need to be staggered. |

Auction Terms & Conditions All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS." All descriptions are believe to be accurate but are not warranteed. Buyers assume all responsibility for bidding, acknowledging the Red Owl Auction or sellers make no representation of value or guarantees of condition, either express or implied. Representation of items may appear different in person due to variations in lighting and monitor/device settings. Photos and descriptions are to be used as a guideline only. For identical items, one picture or a stock photo may be used to represent multiple lots. Bidders are encouraged to schedule an appointment during designated times to inspect items in person. By placing a bid, buyer signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. If the credit card on file is declined or payment cannot be made by credit card prior to the scheduled removal, the buyer forfeits any and all claims to the property. If items paid for are not picked up and no arrangements have been made with the auctioneer prior to the scheduled removal, items will be considered abandoned. The buyer will forfeit all claims to the property, and no refunds will be provided for unclaimed items . Red Owl Auction will not be held liable in the event of Auction Software malfunctions or outages which may result in errors or delays, and the auctioneer reserves the right to cancel or reopon the auction in the event of system failures or circumstances outside of the auctioneer's control. Invoices with pickup instructions will be sent to each buyers registered email at the close of the auction. Please contact Tiffany at (402)415-7040 if you do not receive a paid invoice from us within 24 hours of auction close. Auction items will not be released for pickup until payment is made in full. Item removal is at the risk/liability of the winning buyer and no assistance will be provided. Buyers are expected to arrive with help and/or boxes and packing materials when removing property. Your credit card will be charged automatically at close of the auction.

The credit card on file will be charged at the end of the auction. Payment should be in USD. Payment will include hammer price plus 15% buyers premium, taxes, and a 3% credit card processing fee.

Shipping is not offered. Pickup will take place February 23rd from 9 am to 5 pm. Address is in Omaha zip code 68154 in the Miracle Hills area North of 114th and Dodge. Pickup will be on the 2nd floor of an office building and you will be using elevators to remove items. Please plan accordingly and bring extra help or equipment to remove heavier items. Removal of items will be the winning bidders responsibility. No assistance will be provided. Fixtures that are attached to walls such as white boards or projection screens will be removed by the winning bidder, so please bring the required hand tools.
