Buyers assume all responsibility for bidding, acknowledging the Red Owl Auction or sellers make no representation of value or guarantees of condition, either express or implied. Representation of items may appear different in person due to variations in lighting and monitor/device settings. Photos and descriptions are to be used as a guideline only. If payment is not received or payment arrangements made within 3 days after the conclusion of the auction, the buyer forfeits any and all claims to the property, and items will be considered abandoned. Red Owl Auction will not be held liable in the event of Auction Software malfunctions or outages which may result in errors or delays. Invoicing and invoice and payment instructions will be sent to each buyers registered email at the close of the auction. Please read email message completely for payment instructions. Payment must be received at time of checkout and pickup following the conclusion of the auction. Auction items will not be released for pickup until payment is made in full. If you require shipping, please contact us prior to the scheduled pickup time. We use a third party software to try to provide affordable discounted shipping rates to do our in-house shipping. We choose the most economical option and a handling fee. Lots can be combined for shipping. Shipments fitting in a single USPS branded box will be charged a $5 handling fee. If your shipment requires a box larger than 12x12x12 (12 cubic inches) the handling fee will be $10 per box. Discounts are available when multiple lots fit in one box. If you require to have items shipped, please contact us ASAP with details.
