Buyers assume all responsibility for bidding, acknowledging the Red Owl Auction or sellers make no representation of value or guarantees of condition, either express or implied. Representation of items may appear different in person due to variations in lighting and monitor/device settings. Photos and descriptions are to be used as a guideline only. If payment is not received or payment arrangements made within 3 days after the conclusion of the auction, the buyer forfeits any and all claims to the property, and items will be considered abandoned. Red Owl Auction will not be held liable in the event of Auction Software malfunctions or outages which may result in errors or delays. Invoicing and invoice and payment instructions will be sent to each buyers registered email at the close of the auction. Please read email message completely for payment instructions. Please contact us at (402)415-7040 if you do not receive an invoice from us within 24 hours of auction close. Payment must be received at time of checkout and pickup following the conclusion of the auction. Auction items will not be released for pickup until payment is made in full. Item removal is at the risk/liability of the winning buyer and no assistance will be provided. Buyers are expected to arrive with help and/or boxes and packing materials when removing property. Shipping is available for many items. We will ship using shipping software to provide commercial rate discounts and provide you with the best value. We do charge a minimum $10 handling fee. Larger items or lots with multiple items that require additional shipping materials may incur a higher handling fee, so please inquire if you require shipping before bidding. For local pickup, you will receive an invoice with a link to sign up for a pick up time. Pickup will be Wednesday November 24th from noon till 7 or Saturday November 27 by Appointment.
