Auction Terms & Conditions All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS." Location of the item(s) will be provided within the description of each item for sale. Buyers assume all responsibility for bidding, acknowledging the Red Owl Auction or sellers make no representation of value or guarantees of condition, either express or implied. Representation of items may appear different in person due to variations in lighting and monitor/device settings. Photos and descriptions are to be used as a guideline only.
If payment is not received or payment arrangements made within 3 days after the conclusion of the auction, the buyer forfeits any and all claims to the property, and items will be considered abandoned.
Red Owl Auction will not be held liable in the event of Auction Software malfunctions or outages which may result in errors or delays. Invoicing and invoice and payment instructions will be sent to each buyers registered email at the close of the auction. Please read email message completely for payment instructions. Please contact us at (402)415-7040 if you do not receive an invoice from us within 24 hours of auction close. Payment must be received at time of checkout and pickup following the conclusion of the auction. Auction items will not be released for pickup until payment is made in full. Item removal is at the risk/liability of the winning buyer and no assistance will be provided. Buyers are expected to arrive with help and/or boxes and packing materials when removing property. Buyers will be allowed cash, check, credit card payments at the time of pickup. Credit card transactions will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee. Remaining balances not paid will be charged to the credit card registered to Hibid.

Please bring help for loading items at pick up. Checkout and pickup is Thursday November 4th from 11-6 pm in Ralston or by appointment only on Friday November 5th. No assistance will be provided, so please come prepared. Shipping is available on some, but not all lots. Please inquire prior to bidding. Contact Tiffany at (402)415-7040 or tiffanykpeterson75@gmail.com to make shipping arrangements. Each lot will be assessed a $5 handling fee in addition to actual UPS or shipping costs. Red Owl Auctions will determine the most affordable shipping solution, which will likely be USPS for smaller packages or FedEx for larger packages. Shipping make take up to a week following local pickup. A second charge will be applied for all shipping and handling fees prior to shipment.
